QR Code Free Generator
The promise, without the fine-print trick

Your QR code has no expiry timer here.

Static data in an image. No service-controlled switch behind it.

What we promise

Every code made with this generator is static. Your supplied link, text, contact data, credentials, or other payload is encoded directly in its pattern. There is no redirect address operated by this generator, no scan allowance, and no account whose status determines whether a saved image decodes.

After downloading the file, you do not need to return to activate or renew it. If this website went offline, a readable copy of the image would still contain the same payload. Keep the actual export in your own files.

What the promise cannot cover

A web address can stop serving its page. A file host can remove a document or restrict sharing. A phone number can be retired, a network password can change, and a printed label can become damaged. Those conditions can prevent the intended action even when a scanner recovers the data correctly.

Static also means fixed: changing the encoded URL or details requires a new image. You can maintain content at an existing URL you control, but this tool cannot rewrite a square already printed on a card.

How to verify it yourself

  1. Create a code for a destination or text you recognize and download the PNG.
  2. Decode that file with a separate QR reader and inspect the recovered text before following a link.
  3. Confirm that the payload is the data you supplied rather than an unexpected intermediary URL from this generator.
  4. Keep the file and test it independently of the editing page. Test the physical print separately for readability.

The technical explanation

The client creates a payload string, encodes its UTF-8 bytes in QR Byte mode, and renders the resulting symbol. It checks a preview with jsQR. Downloads contain that payload; they do not carry a server-side record identifier that this website later resolves to your data.

The repository's browser tests download QR images and compare independently decoded content with expected payloads. A network test checks that creation and download do not transmit entered data through HTTP requests. Those checks verify the implementation's behavior rather than predicting another website's future uptime.

Keep the useful parts maintained

Save the approved image and a record of its destination. Maintain any domain, page, file permission, contact line, or guest-network setting that the payload needs. Review old physical placements after changing those systems.
